History
L. Scott Luff, Ph.D. has over 30 years experience working with corporations and organizations in management and finance, as well as working with individuals in career and personal growth. His understanding of both organizational and personal dynamics comes from his years of "in the trenches" experience, coupled with his doctorate in Counseling Psychology.

Luff & Associates was founded by Scott to consult with companies and organizations on management issues, including assessment of organizational strengths and weaknesses, recommending any redirection required, and strategic thinking for continued viability in changing times.

Additionally, Luff & Associates has worked in financial areas of organizations spotlighting troubled areas, implementing systems to strengthen operations, and preparing proposals for financing.

Scott also provides training in leadership, communications, stress management, diversity, conflict management, balancing work and home, and team building for groups and individuals, blending the practical with a sensitivity to individual differences.

Upon completion of his MBA in 1972, Scott worked in commercial banking, advancing to President and CEO in two banks. He has worked as a Chief Financial Officer, served on the Board of Directors of a number of organizations and corporations, and worked as a consultant in a variety of industries.

In addition to his involvement in Luff & Associates, he has a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology. His education, training, experience as a counselor for individuals, couples, and families gives him insight into individuals, while having the practical experience to work within the realities of organizational and personal life.
